They should be boiled in boiling water or steamed for 10-15 minutes.

Pumpkin soup with chicken (from 1 year old)

Boil until ready 100 grams of chicken fillet, let it cool and then chop finely. Peel and cut 150 g of pumpkin into pieces, boil until soft.

Peel a small carrot and grate it, add to it the half of the onion, peeled and cut into pieces. Stew onions and carrots in 1 tsp of butter with the addition of 5 tbsp. spoons of broth, which was cooked chicken. Cook the vegetables on medium heat until the liquid evaporates.

Steam cutlets (from 1 year)

For such a dish, for every 100 grams of chicken meat, take 20 grams of white bread, as well as 25 ml of milk. The meat may be from the breast or legs, but not necessarily the skin and tendons. Grind it into mince, add bread soaked in milk, and then mix everything well. Formed burgers, cook them for a couple for 15-20 minutes.

Chicken sausages (from 1 year)

Goulash (from 3 years)

Take 200 g of chicken without skin and tendons, wash and cut into cubes. Heat some vegetable oil or butter in a frying pan, and then fry the chicken in it until golden brown. Salt the meat, add the chopped onion, grated carrots and a teaspoon of flour, grated on a fine grater, fry it all together (5-7 minutes). Put the dish in a saucepan, add broth to the meat and add 10 g of tomato paste and 20 g of sour cream. Close the lid and simmer on low heat for about 20-30 minutes.
