Lymphomyosot for children: instructions for use

Content

Inflammation of the lymph nodes or tonsils brings severe discomfort to the child, as it is manifested by pain, fever and other unpleasant symptoms. One of the most frequently used remedies for such problems is Lymphomyosot. This is a homeopathic medicine from the well-known company Heel. Is it prescribed to children and how does the child's body react to such a remedy?

Release form

Lymphomyosot is produced in two forms:

  • dropsthat take inside. They are represented by a clear yellow liquid placed in a volume of 30 milliliters in a glass dropper bottle. 1 ml of this product contains 21 drops;
  • ampoules with a liquid without any odor and color intended for intramuscular injection. In one box sell 5 or 100 vials of 1.1 ml.

Composition

The active components of Lymphomyosot (both forms) are the following natural substances:

  • in breeding D3 Ingredients obtained from walnut (Juglans regia), gnarish gnome (Scrophularia nodosa) and forget-me-not (Myosotis arvensis), as well as sage Dubrovnik (Teucrium scorodonia) and veronica officinalis (Veronica officinalis) are presented.
  • in breeding D4 The preparation contains substances from winter horsetail (Equisetum hyemale), pharmacy smokes (Fumaria officinalis), Robert geraniums (Geranium robertianum), watercress (Nasturtium officinale) and common pine (Pinus sylvestris), as well as Natrium sulfuricum.
  • breeding D5 The tool presents compounds from gentian yellow (Gentiana lutea).
  • in breeding D6 The components of the common spider-spider (Araneus diadematus) and Smilax (Sarsaparilla) are contained in drops and solution.
  • breeding D12 in Lymphomyosote, calcium phosphoricum (Calcium phosphoricum) and iron iodide (Ferrum jodatum), as well as Levothyroxinum are represented.

Additionally, there is ethyl alcohol and water in the drops, and in the injection form, sterile water and sodium chloride.

Operating principle

In Lymphomyosot, the effect on the lymphatic system is noted. In particular, the tool is capable of activating the outflow of lymph from different tissues and organs, as a result of which their impaired functions are normalized and the body's defenses are strengthened. This action provides anti-inflammatory, anti-exudative, detoxification and immunocorrective effect from the use of drops or injections.

Thanks to Lymphomyozot, the size of enlarged lymph nodes or tonsils is reduced, the child’s immune system fights against infectious agents more actively, the inflammation center decreases, and toxins leave the body more quickly, which leads to a quick relief from body aches, fever and other symptoms of indisposition.

Means is applied:

  • With lymphatic edema.
  • With lymphadenitis.
  • With inflammation of the lymphatic vessels.
  • In chronic tonsillitis, laryngitis or pharyngitis.

At what age is it allowed to take?

The instructions for Lymphomyozot include information that this remedy is not recommended until 18 years of age. This limitation is due to insufficient study of the effect of the drug on children and the lack of clinical studies. However, in practice, doctors prescribe Lymphomyosot from birth if there are good reasons for receiving drops or a course of injections.

Contraindications

Both drops and injections are not prescribed for hypersensitivity to any of their ingredients. The presence of thyroid disease in a child requires the increased attention of a physician during treatment with Lymphomyosotum. In addition, due to the presence of alcohol in the composition of the drops, this form is prescribed with caution in case of brain diseases, head injuries and liver pathologies.

Side effects

Acceptance of drops may provoke allergies (urticaria, pruritus). In such a situation, the tool must immediately be canceled. In addition, quite often with the beginning of the use of Lymphomyosot, as with the use of other homeopathic remedies, the patient's condition may deteriorate for a while. When such a reaction is also advised to stop taking and consult a doctor.

Instructions for use

Drops in doctor’s prescribed dosage are dissolved in 10 ml of water and given to the child to drink. If possible, the drug should be delayed for a few seconds in the mouth. But with small children it will not work that way, so they can drip the spray directly under the tongue, not spreading it.

The number of drops is determined by the age of the small patient:

  • Children of the first year of life usually have enough 1-2 drops to the reception.
  • A child of 1-3 years old is prescribed 3 drops each.
  • Children from 3 to 6 years old (for example, at 4 years old) are given 5 drops per reception.
  • For a child of 6-12 years old, a single dose of the drug is 7 drops.
  • A teenager 12 years old or older means 10 drops.

Often in such doses, Limfomiozot is taken three times a day. The remedy is given to children either 20 minutes before meals or one hour after meals. The duration of treatment is determined individually, as it depends on the nature of the disease and its course. In this case, most often the drops are written out in the course of 2 to 5 weeks.

As for the injections, in this form Lymphomyosot is discharged to children less often than in drops. A single dose, frequency of administration and duration of use for a particular child must be determined by the doctor, since these parameters depend on the disease itself and on the age of the patient.

Overdose

The cases of the negative effect of an overdose of Lymphomyosot have not been mentioned before this time. The danger of such an agent in drops in a large dose is associated only with a high concentration of ethanol in its composition, therefore, in case of overdose, you should immediately consult a doctor.

Interaction with other drugs

In the annotation accompanying Limfomyoz, it is noted that this remedy is compatible with different medications. It can be used together with other homeopathy, as well as with antibiotics, immunomodulators and other medicines.

Terms of sale

Drops Limfomiozot sold in pharmacies without a prescription and cost an average of 470-530 rubles per bottle. To buy an injectable form, you should get a prescription from a doctor. The average price of 5 ampoules is 400 rubles.

Storage conditions

It is recommended to keep the lymphomyosot at home at room temperature where a small child does not get the product. The shelf life of both forms is 5 years. If it has expired, it is forbidden to give the drug to the child.

Reviews

On the application of lymphomyosot in children can be found mostly good reviews. Such a homeopathic remedy is liked by mothers for its natural composition, convenient form of release (it is easy to count the dose in drops and swallow the baby) and effective action.

According to many parents, the drug helped the child well with adenoids, edemas, or enlarged lymph nodes. However, there are also negative reviews, in which mothers complain about the absence of any effect from taking the drops. Also, many parents attribute the high price to the disadvantages.

Analogs

There are no other drugs that have the same composition as Lymphomyozot on the pharmaceutical market. For this reason, it is possible to replace drops or injections with other drugs only after consulting a doctor. For example, in chronic tonsillitis, a child can be given Yoks, Miramistin, Imudon, Tonsilgon N, Tantum Verde and other means.

Among homeopathic drugs instead of Limfomiozota with hypertrophy of adenoids, sore throat or chronic inflammation of the tonsils are used:

  • Tablets Angin-Hel SD. They are recommended to dissolve children over 12 years.
  • Granules Barberry comp. They are resolved under the tongue until completely dissolved. The drug is used in children older than three years.
  • Pills Tonsilotren. This resorption drug is used from the age of three.
