Release form and composition

The drug is made in two forms:

The gel also contains trolamine, purified water, edetate disodium, benzalkonium chloride, and carbomer. Inside the capsules, troxerutin is combined with magnesium stearate and lactose, and gelatin, titanium dioxide and yellow dyes are used to create the shell of such a preparation.

In addition to "Troxevazin" in pharmacies you can also find "Troxevazin Neo". This medicine is a gel, as part of which, in addition to troxerutin, there are two other active ingredients - heparin sodium and dexpanthenol.

In contraindications to such a remedy, children are under the age of 18 years, but sometimes doctors can prescribe such a gel to children as an analogue of the usual “Troxevasin”.

Operating principle

The medication contained troxerutin is one of the flavonoids. Since this is a derivative of rutin (it is also called vitamin P), it has a similar effect on the body. The drug noted this effect:
