Kutepov proposes to make changes to the law "On insurance pensions." Today, one and a half years of care for the baby are taken into account in the seniority, but this “increase” is limited to six years. That is, one and a half years for each of the four children. If a woman has five babies and more, then the years of caring for him generally “drop out” of her seniority.
The current state of affairs in the Federation Council was considered unfair, violating the rights of large families to support from the state. Given that all the forces in the country are trying to popularize large families, it would be wise to revise the law so that and for the fifth, and for the sixth, and for each subsequent child in the seniority of the mother was charged a half years. This will allow her to rely on a larger amount of payments for old age than now. The more children, the more pension.
Now, the initiative has to be considered by the Minister of Labor and Social Protection, Maxim Topilin, and he must submit to the Government and the Council of the Federation an approximate calculation of how much money from the federal budget will be needed to implement this idea.
That year, Russia launched a sensational pension reform. The new law implies raising the retirement age by 5 years, and already after five years they will retire at 65 (men) and 60 (women). The increase in age occurs gradually, added year by year for each subsequent year from 2019.
Mothers of many children who have given birth to three or more children early retirement pension will be provided.
Mothers of five children will be able to go on holiday at the age of 50, mothers of four children at the age of 56, mothers of three children at the age of 57. For mothers of five children, the conditions for preferential retirement have already entered into force, for women who have given birth to 3-4 children, given the gradual introduction of a new retirement age, the preferential rules will take effect from 2021.
