Scientific discovery: seafood will help to get pregnant faster

The best minds of Harvard University conducted an experiment and came to the conclusion that seafood contributes to faster conception.

In particular, mollusks increase male and female fertility, as well as increase libido. Harvard specialists said that a couple planning to conceive a child should eat shrimp and shellfish at least twice a week, and also eat fish.

Fish contains a large amount of omega-3 fatty acids.

In the female body, these substances contribute to the development of progesterone.

Omega-3 also significantly improves the quality of male germ cells. For men, trout and tuna are especially recommended.

During the experiment, scientists at Harvard University were monitoring the state of health 500 young coupleswho during the year during unprotected sexual intercourse could not get pregnant.

All subjects recorded daily during the year that they ate for lunch, dinner, breakfast, and also noted peaks of sexual activity. Separately identified a group of 200 pairs, which clearly adhered to the recommended diet, including fish and seafood at least two days a week.

From the first group, in which spouses ate arbitrarily, it was possible to get pregnant during the year only 45% of couples.

In the second group, the results were staggering - 92% of couples managed to get pregnant during the year.

Anyone who plans to conceive, should adopt this information and revise its menu.
