State Duma deputies offered to collect taxes from children

Child labor must be legalized, and children who earn extra money should be on par with adults. deduct taxes to the state treasury. This was stated by the deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

The author of the idea was the head of the Duma Labor Committee, Yaroslav Nilov. The essence of his proposal is quite simple: children who have reached the age of 14 should be equated to the self-employed in the country, and if they work, they must pay taxes at the level of the self-employed.

Today in Russia, children from 14 years old have the full right to earn money. However, they do not deduct taxes from their income.

Nevertheless, says Nilov, some young Russians in their 14 years are excellent programmers, popular designers, popular bloggers, and even tutors. Their incomes sometimes exceed the incomes of parents, and therefore it will be logical, according to Nilov, if a teenager who started working at once learns to accept the reality - to pay taxes and fees.

What will the treasury receive? Additional income. What will working teenagers themselves get? Earlier, the beginning of seniority, which will allow to accumulate solid pension savings in the course of life.

The corresponding bill providing for the introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation was submitted to parliamentarians for consideration. When it will be reviewed, not yet reported.
