Complicated equation: State Duma deputies proposed to equalize the cost of school uniforms in the country
Deputies of the State Duma of Russia proposed to establish uniform cost of school uniform for all Russian students.
Of course, depending on the region of residence, the cost will be slightly different, but the maximum threshold must be specified in the appropriate document. Then sellers will not be able to arbitrarily and unreasonably inflate prices for school suits and dresses, according to the people's representatives.
It is proposed to limit the cost of the form for the student 3 thousand rubles. This will be the maximum price, above which manufacturers and sellers simply will not have the right to rise.
The form today, according to parliamentarians, is introduced practically in all schools of Russia. The model, style, fabric, color and accessories are usually chosen by the school principal in conjunction with the Parents' Council.
At the same time, such criteria as wearing comfort, environmental friendliness, practicality, beauty, "corporate style or local dress code" are taken into account. The financial capabilities of individual families are not taken into account, but not every family can afford to buy a set of school clothes for 8-15 thousand rubles or more, painlessly for the household budget.
So parents get into even more difficult situations - they take loans for fees to school, they borrow money from acquaintances.
Often it is uniforms that become the "stumbling block" between children - a child in a cheap form from the clothing market becomes an object of ridicule and bullying. To prevent this from happening, you need to government regulation of school uniformscounted in the State Duma.
Now the Ministry of Education is studying the proposals of deputies and trying to understand, if at all in Russia, such a form so that it does not go beyond the limits of 3 thousand rubles, it would meet all the requirements and the children would like it.
