Moscow resident Valentin Egorov accused the famous medical center in the substitution of tubes, resulting in the last 2.5 years he raised other people's children.
Valentine and his wife were treated for infertility for a long time. Then they decided on the procedure of in vitro fertilization and appealed to a solid medical institution - the Kulakov Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology. The procedure was successful.
Two boys were born. But over time, Valentine began to notice that none of the twins is not only like him, but also his spouse.
In order not to offend his wife, he secretly turned to geneticists and did a DNA test. The study showed that father of children he is not.
The man asked for clarification from the staff of the medical center, but they replied that the replacement of tubes with biomaterial is excluded, and therefore regret and wonder how this could happen.
Then Valentine went to court, which ordered another examination. But the second study did not find any relationship between twins and spouses. It should be noted that the litigation undermined the relationship of the spouses - his wife left Valentina after the news that an error occurred with the twins.
Today, the Moscow Gagarinsky Court has satisfied the claim of the injured father.
The medical center was found guilty of replacing the test tubes, the doctors were sentenced to pay the man moral damages in the amount of 250 thousand rubles and pay a fine of 125 thousand.
By the way, Valentin Egorov refused paternity in court based on DNA results. But his wife expressed a desire to raise sons further. She took the boys and left with them.
