Soccer ball from the final match of the 2018 World Cup will give rescued Thai children

The ball, which was played in the finals of the World Cup, the national teams of Croatia and France, decided give the children who last week managed to rescue from a flooded cave in Thailand.

The ball has already been signed by the players of the winning team - the French team. Now the gift will be sent to the team of juniors, whose story did not leave anyone indifferent in the world.

The autographs on the ball were also left by the presidents of the countries that attended the final match, and the head of FIFA, Gianni Infantino.

Earlier, Infantino invited the rescued junior team to come to the final match in Russia, but the doctors did not allow the children to leave the hospital, since all 12 of the rescued and their coach had an infection. All are in quarantine.

Doctors have promised that all the guys will be home in a week and they will be able to use another invitation from Infantino and fly to London on September 24, where the awards ceremony will be held for the best players.

Recall, the children's football team and their coach took refuge in a cave from a tropical rain, but the cave collapsed and flooded it.

Children found alive just two weeks later. A few more days they thought how to get them out of there, because there was only one way to the surface - under water. The risky rescue operation, followed by the whole world, ended on July 10th.

All the children and the trainer, after a three-week imprisonment in the dark under the ground, came to the surface alive. Now their life is not in danger. And the final ball of the 2018 World Cup will be a great incentive for accomplishments in sports, says Infantino. After all, these children have already won the battle for survival.
