Music lovers in the womb: Spanish scientists have found musical tastes of unborn children

Employees of the Marquez Institute (Spain) found out that kids prefer to listen to musicthat have not yet been born.

The study involved women who were at gestation from 18 to 38 week.

It is from week 18 that the fetus is able to hear.

As part of the study, pregnant women included 15 compositions created in different genres. At the same time, ultrasound monitoring of the condition of the baby was performed on high-resolution scanners.

The reaction of the kids to music was changing - their movements were more harmonious and calm classical music - Mozart, Bach and Beethoven. Kids became nervous and restless when they turned on Aled, Shakira, and also hip-hop.

The most violent was the reaction of babies to hard Rock, researchers do not recommend listening to such music during pregnancy.

But most of it ethnic melodies caused inadequate reactions in children.

Music, according to the authors of the experiment, affect those areas of the brain that are responsible for communication and speech recognition.

Researched consider that the very first language was precisely the musical language. The distant memory of this remains in the person at the gene level, and therefore adults involuntarily raise the tone of voice when they turn to the baby.
