The Chinese may be allowed to have three children

In March, Chinese lawmakers intend to consider a question that has long been "matured" in society. People's representatives want to allow families have a third child.

In 2015, the ban on the birth of the second child was lifted. The policy “one family - one child” existed up to this point for 45 years. It was planned that permission to give birth to the second baby will raise the birth rate. But in reality this only led to deterioration of the demographic situation.

Last year, just over 17 million children were born in China. This is 630 thousand less than a year earlier.

Experts in the field of demographic problems are not sure that only permission to give birth to a third child will solve this problem and raise the birth rate. They argue that China needs to give up childbearing planning policies, and only then the kids will appear more.

According to experts, after 10 years, the Celestial Empire is waiting for a large demographic hole, if it is not allowed now for urban families to have a third child. And it threatens the country's economy.
