Kuban families with disabled children will not pay transport tax

The Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar Territory amended the law on collecting transport tax in the region.

Now families in which children with disabilities are raised and brought up, will not pay it.

Parents of such children in the Kuban have the right to receive a medical and social expert opinion for the purchase of a car under a rehabilitation program.

Now such cars, if the parents submit the relevant documents to the Tax Inspectorate at the place of residence, will be completely exempted from the annual transport tax.

In the Kuban transport tax earlier reduced for large familiesor rather, for one of the parents or adoptive parents (guardians) who raise three or more children.
