The draft law, which was submitted to the State Duma for consideration, implies the possibility to spend a certificate on the construction of a house or cottage.
Today matkapital received more than 7 million Russian families. Only a little more than half of the certificate holders have fully disposed of its funds.

The authors of the bill are confident that the construction of a garden house or cottage will be in demand. among large families, for which the question of housing is closely related to the need to maintain a home farm.
The Russian government has long talked about the need to expand the areas of maternity capital. The bill is scheduled to be considered during the spring session.
