What will give to children: in the Ministry of Industry and Trade decided on a social gift for all newborns in Russia
The Ministry of Industry and Trade has completed the formation of a one-time gift that will be given to newborns throughout the country.
They decided to include diapers, sliders, overalls, hats. In total - at least 12 items.
A gift from the state is put to all babies born in any region of Russia.
All products for kids in the composition of the gift will be produced in domestic factories and plants. The relevant agreements have already been reached.
This program will help not only new parents, but also producers of children's goods - for them participation will be compensated by means of the federal budget.
Pediatricians and representatives of the parent community also took part in compiling a list of items for a gift.
In addition to clothes and diapers, parents of newborns will also receive such necessary items as a blanket, diapers, baby skin care cream, baby powder, and wet wipes.
The launch of the federal program "Gift for the Newborn" was first announced in June of this year.
In Moscow, the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District, Bashkortostan and the Tula Region, they have already begun to present gifts to babies. The remaining regions will join the program in the near future.
12 items - not the limit. This is only the minimum set by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
In regions in the field, the composition of the gift can be expanded. So, the present for a Moscow newborn consists of 44 items, thermometers, a bathing hill, sets of cosmetics for the baby were added to it, and the list of clothes was expanded. In the Tula region set contains 22 items.
Such a one-time gift, in the opinion of the Government of the Russian Federation, will stimulate young families to have children, and will also significantly help those families who are in difficult financial situations.
