Large families in Russia are going to cancel the tax on property of individuals

In the State Duma of the Russian Federation introduced a bill that implies exemption from taxes on the property of individuals of large families.

The draft law published "Parliamentary newspaper" - the official media of Parliament.

It is planned that changes will be made to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

In the explanation to the project, the authors of the initiative note that there is no complete intelligible unified system of acts in the country that would provide support to large families at the state level. In this way, about the support of this category of families says a lot, but it is done, alas, not enough.

The tax policy of the country does not imply any benefits for taxing the property of large parents - for an apartment or a house, as well as for parents, parents with many children pay on equal terms with others.

The new draft law implies that large families should be given privileges, the best option would be full exemption from such tax families that raise three or more minor children.

To settle this issue, the authors of the initiative proposed to edit article 407 of the Tax Code.

If the document is accepted, more than one and a half million Russian families will sigh with relief - they do not have to pay property tax.

Earlier, the concern about the lack of support for large families was expressed by the head of state Vladimir Putin.

He ordered to give families official status and by July 15, 2018 to provide them with a mortgage rate of 6%, regardless of the number of children and their dates of birth.
