Male work: In Russia, men started working as kindergarten teachers

Almost the only current day in Russia man - kindergarten teacher appeared in the country. And lucky with the new employee of kindergarten number 82 in Krasnoyarsk.

Ivan Byrdin is 26 years old and by education he is a teacher-psychologist.

With preschool children, Ivan has been working for only three months. He was given the most restless and disobedient group, which no one of the female educators has yet managed to cope with. She was called so "hard" group. Children in it for 5-6 years. There are five girls in the group, all the rest are tomboy boys.

It took about three months for Ivan to restore order in the group, where the boys used to solve many issues with "fists". Now he is a recognized leader, and silence, order and calm prevail in the group.

His methods Ivan Birdin nazyvet methods of thoughtful pedagogy. He tries to determine what each child is, who wants leadership, and who needs to be left alone. As a result, he uses all “plus” signs, for example, the bully appoints his assistant for cleaning dishes and territory, and the child, who was prone to escapes from kindergarten, to be responsible for building and bringing the entire group to the street.

Parents are delighted, and very much hope that male educator will not quit anywhere, will not leave. Before Ivan Birdin, there were several cases in Russia when male educators came to work in kindergartens. The latter was registered in Moscow. There, 20-year-old Jan Samoukin began working in the kindergarten, nicknamed the child Jan Yanych.

Despite the fact that he was immediately loved by children and adults, Yang was forced to resign due to personal circumstances. Colleagues suspect that Yana had a girlfriend, and the teacher’s salary in the kindergarten was barely enough to travel, she couldn’t afford to take the girl on dates and have a private life.

From time to time, men were brought up in Izhevsk, Norilsk, Samara, St. Petersburg. Everywhere "whiskered nannies" enjoyed tremendous success with children and parents, but, alas, they did not work for long.

At first, as experience shows, parents are wary of a male educator, but this quickly passes, because children with male educators are more interesting, and this is a proven fact.
