Scientists: communication with the baby contributes to the development of his brain

American scientists from the University of Psychiatric Research stated that communication with babies at a very early age greatly accelerates the development of the brain of babies.

In addition to the obvious reason - the increase in vocabulary, heard, even if unfamiliar, words contribute to the development of areas of the cerebral cortex responsible for memory, recognition, reproduction, as well as logical abilities.

A large group of subjects of different ages (up to 10 years) underwent a considerable number of psychological tests, and then everyone was done an MRI scan to assess the integrity of the white matter tracts of the brain.

The results were compared and it was found that children who are better developed have more developed brain regions, superior in size and structure to similar departments in children lagging behind in development.

All the boys and girls who showed high results turned out to be full families, their parents were actively involved with them, and even in infancy they started talking to them.

Researchers say that the most noticeable difference in the development of the brain in children is manifested by the beginning of school age - by 6-7 years.

About what to talk with the baby, does not matter, scientists say.

While the baby is small and does not understand the words, he feels great tone and mood of an adultwhich refers to him. So you can talk about the weather, and about shopping, and about the rate of the Chinese yuan, the main thing is that the conversation was conducted in positive colors.

The development of speech, according to American researchers, depends no longer even on how often they speak with the child, but on the socio-economic status of the parents.

But the world scientific community does not yet agree with this statement, and there is not enough convincing evidence for the hypothesis.
