Thus, in one of the chambers, two boys, who are not yet two years old, roared without stopping for almost a day. At first, their parents refused, and now the medical staff is not in a hurry to change clothes and feed the babies. Crumbs, which, according to the law, must undergo a medical examination before they are placed in a social institution or a children's home, in fact, turn out to be useless to no one. They come to the ward only in the morning and in the evening.

Babies diapers, according to the parental community Kopeysk, change once a day. When parents, who understand that doctors have enough work and do not always have time to deal with abandoned babies, tried to offer their help in caring for single boys and girls, the doctors forbade them, saying thatthese guys need to get used to the lack of attention".
