“Call Mom”: an application is invented that makes children call their parents back
A resident of the United States invented an application that makes teens call parents. The dream of many mothers and fathers who are worried about their grown children has now come true.
It is no secret that teenagers often ignore calls from mom and dad, do not call back, and they themselves simply forget to call and report that everything is fine with them. Parents of this situation brings to severe chronic stress.
American Nick Herbert undertook to solve this problem. His own teenage son often began to ignore his mother’s messages and mom’s calls when he was away from home with friends or at school.
Rush on, like any father, Nick braced himself and developed the ReplyASAP application.
It simply forces the child to call back mom and dad, if this is not done, then the phone is completely blocked until its owner makes the call to the required subscribers. A teenager will not be able to access the Internet, play his favorite games, call his friends or answer messages in the messenger until he calls his mom or dad.
Nick Herbert also envisioned a common situation when the smartphone is in silent mode, and the child simply does not hear the call or the sound of the message. In this case, the application simply turns on the sound of the siren, and it’s impossible to miss the call from the mom from the obstinate or inattentive teenager.
This application is already available for download and installation on Android devices. Now Nick is working to soon install such applications could and owners of devices with the operating system iOS.
Inventive and very touchy father has already begun to receive thanks from other parents, and many who started using the app offered to nominate Nick for the “Father of the Year” award, which is presented annually in the USA.
There were also opponents of the innovative proposal: they argue that the child is not honestly and even immoral forcing him to call, he must be educated so that he is attentive, responsible, and calls back, not when confused, but just like that, without coercion.
