In Russia, it is proposed to create a state alimony fund

The Russian government was offered to create unified state fundfrom which it would be possible to help children whose parents maliciously evade paying alimony.

Funds that will be paid to children, according to the authors, will be returned to the fund at the expense of selling property or arresting debtor’s financial flows.

If there is no property and income, then the debtor can work out the amount paid to the child in compulsory work. It turns out that he should already be not to your child, but to the state.

They sometimes have to wait for alimony established by the court for years, while the bailiffs are looking for a careless parent and his property and are trying to at least recover something from the insolvent person.

In spite of the fact that bailiffs began to initiate criminal cases on defaulters of alimony, the amount of total debt is growing steadily. This year, a law was passed that allows the debtor to be recognized to be recognized as missing and, according to a court decision, the child will receive a social pension for the loss of a breadwinner.

But this law will only help those with fathers and mothers who do not pay child support, really hiding. However, in Russia, most of these debtors, whose place of residence is well known, but they have no income and propertyand therefore it is not possible to recover anything in favor of the child.

The initiative with the state alimony fund is intended for them. It will soon be considered in the Government of the Russian Federation.
