In the Sverdlovsk region, prosecutors are checking on the fact of an unpleasant incident that happened in the village of Glinsky. The girl, who finished the quarter with distinction, the teacher selected a New Year's gift and an honorary diploma, motivating it with the fact that parents of schoolgirls did not pass for the needs of the class 300 rubles.

This situation has caused the child psychological discomfort, besides, everything happened in front of classmates and now the schoolgirl is being ridiculed.
