Psychologists told how not to raise a maniac from a child

The Kerch tragedy, in which 18-year-old Vlad Roslyakov allegedly committed a bomb attack, and then shot 17 people (three more later died in hospital), caused a wide resonance in society.

Child psychologists conducted a posthumous psychological and psychiatric examination of a cruel student and found several important points. They are lined up with recommendations that today clinical childhood psychologists gave to all parents. They concern how to raise a child and not allow it to become a maniac.

Similar recommendations tried to create a long time. Research into the causes of adolescent and child aggression has been studied in 88 countries of the world over the past nine years.

Global results have shown that where it is categorically forbidden to punish children physically, boys and girls fight and show aggression 30% less often than where flogging and total control are encouraged.

Russian psychologists completely agree that the child who is beaten accepts this model of attitude towards others as the only correct one.

By and large, cuffs, slaps, butts and belt strokes received from parents and other adults in childhood will surely find a way out at a more conscious age, and this way out will definitely not please the parents.

Global studies have shown that among rapists and murderers, about 85% of criminals were physically punished in childhood.

An authoritative parenting style is considered optimal when an adult enjoys the trust and respect of a child. Impact of trust and respect can not be earned.

Aggression in a teenager can manifest itself in different ways. Rugged arms, large tattoos - these are also manifestations of internal aggression, according to clinical psychologists.

The "trigger mechanism" is often the difficulty in communicating with one's peers, unhappy love, resentment against parents or teachers. First, the child moves away from reality (into a sect, into a religion, into an informal association, grouping), then he loses touch with the world, begins to perceive himself as chosen for certain actions. These actions are usually aggressive and dangerous for society.

The problem of domestic violence in Russia, unfortunately, is acute. Most often, the victims are women and children.

Up to 40% of prosperous families practice flogging and psychological violence against children in their families.. According to experts, the Kerch tragedy has once again shown that it is time to change family values and methods of raising children, so that people do not grow out of them who can be extremely dangerous for themselves and for others.
