Roskokachestvo and the Ministry of Industry and Trade began a joint inspection of infant milk formulas. While it comes to nutrition for the smallest - for children from 0 to 6 months.

A mixture of 20 brands of different price ranges has been purchased - from 200 rubles to 1,500 rubles per pack.

First of all, the experts intend to establish whether the baby food contains what it should not be in principle - impurities and preservatives. Attention will be paid to the content of vegetable oils, as well as the conditions of transportation of the goods - whether the mixture deteriorates along the way from the manufacturer to the counters of stores and pharmacies.

Reference baby food, said in Roskoschestvo, should not contain antibiotics, preservatives, the microbiological composition should be completely safe for baby. In the diet should not be sugar, cholesterol.

Above the research will work a few dozen specialists of departmental laboratories.

The results will be announced soon. Roskachestvo and the Ministry of Industry and Trade will be All-Russian rating of quality mixtures, as well as a separate rating in which baby food will be located ranked by useful properties.

It is no secret that a completely high-quality mixture may be useless if the content of vitamin and minerals indicated on the package is not true. Therefore, it was decided to check their actual quantity in each purchased sample.

In the meantime, parents expect experts to conclude, Roskoschestvo experts remind you that when choosing infant formulas, you should remember the age category, and also avoid buying high-protein mixes. The presence of vegetable oils in certain quantities may be acceptable, but sugar and dyes are not allowed.
