The very first document: Russia began to issue birth certificates at maternity hospitals

Nevertheless, Muscovites have already appreciated the innovation. The government of the Russian Federation believes that such experience should be extended to other regions of the country in the near future.
To obtain a certificate right in the maternity hospital, the woman in labor must write an application on a special form that will be provided to her immediately after the birth, as well as provide the original passport - her own and her husband.
You also need to take a marriage certificate with you to the maternity hospital. Medical certificate confirming the fact of the birth of a new person, doctors will attach themselves.
Cooperation agreements have been reached with the MFC and the Federal Office of Civil Registry Offices.
The new service in the maternity homes of the country will appear gradually, and therefore pregnant women are advised in advance to call the chosen obstetric institution and clarify whether they can issue a birth certificate to the child on the spot.
Earlier it was reported that the birth certificate is planned to be replaced with an electronic birth record, which will give access to all state and municipal benefits and services. But for the time being, the issue of digital evidence has been postponed.
