In the State Duma offered cancel the Unified State Examwhich graduates of schools pass, and replace it with blockchain technology, which will allow in advance to identify all the talents and inclinations of the child for his career guidance.

The proposal was made by the Deputy Head of the State Duma Committee on Education and Science, Boris Chernyshov.

The exam, in the opinion of the parliamentarian, is just a test. The knowledge testing system was invented in the USA to test the quality of education children with mental disabilities.

Moreover, in recent years, according to Chernyshov, it has become quite obvious that the USE does not reflect the real level of knowledge, and has nothing to do with practice, being a theoretical testYes, and even his surrender is more like terror against parents and high school students.

There will be more benefit from children for the state if children study in universities not by USE scores, but according to the talents they have: someone has math skills, someone for medicine, and someone may be an excellent investigator or prosecutor, but due to the lack of points, the Unified State Examination simply will not be able to enter the budget department of the law faculty of a prestigious university in the current reality.

Chernyshov suggested using blockchain technology to identify talents among schoolchildren, which would combine three types of data: the results of the career counseling test, data on the child’s school grades and information about his social activity and participation in public life.

Universities in the recruitment of applicants will use the information of the e-school, where each student will be entered comprehensive information.

If the Ministry of Education approves the idea, it will be discussed at the legislative level.
