Vacationing in a new way: the law on safe children's recreation has been passed in Russia
Deputies of the State Duma in the third reading (final) adopted the law on improving children's holiday safety and service quality.
The author of the bill is the notorious Vice Speaker Irina Yarovaya. Her opinion was supported by the overwhelming majority of parliamentarians.
The new law implies that the federal executive body should develop contract, which will be the same for all organizations providing services for the organization of children's recreational recreation.
After the contract is drafted, its form must be available online for anyone.
When completing the contract child identification excludedtherefore, there is no need to fear the illegal collection of information about minors.
Contractual relations will put in a rather rigid framework of those who organize the rest of children.
Gradually formed unified register of camps, sanatoriums and recreation centersThus, illegal camps and bases will not be able to sell their vouchers.
The contract will list all, even the smallest details of the summer holiday of the child - terms of transfer, food, accommodation. For violation of clauses of the contract, if any, will be this summer, the organizers of the rest will answer to the fullest extent of the law.
