In the section on the new rules: in Russia decided to introduce certificates of additional education for children
From September 1, 2018 appear in the Russian regions certificates of additional education for children. This is the Ministry of Providence Russia.
Certificates are introduced as part of the creation of a system of personalized financing of additional education.
In other words, teachers and coaches who will be more demanded by children will receive a higher salary than teachers who are not favored by children and who do not want to attend classes.
This is done to improve the quality of additional education in the country.
The first to receive certificates are children in the Tomsk region. Further innovation touches Udmurtia. Then certificates can be issued by small residents of all regions of the country.
The certificate is assigned to a child aged 5 to 18 years, it gives the opportunity to study for free in circles, sections. Expenses for classes will be paid from the budget.
Information about the child at the time of issuance of the certificate by parents will be recorded special registry.
Each young athlete, musician, artist and actor will be able to enter his personal account on the portal of additional education, where he can enroll in sections, circles, and also give feedback on the work of the coach or teacher.
Registration of certificates begins August 1, 2018.
