A rare hereditary disease learned to treat in Russia.

In St. Petersburg at the Medical Research Center. V.A. Almazov for the first time in our country successfully conducted therapy to a child with congenital form of hyperinsulinism.

This disease is rare. According to statistics, only one case per 50,000 newborns is recorded.

In this case, the child's insulin production is increased, and the blood sugar level decreases uncontrollably.
