Do not sit at home: Russian sociologists have figured out what makes women leave the decree ahead of schedule

No more 20% of women giving birth ready for the first year to go to work.

These conclusions were reached by the specialists of the Romir holding, who conducted a large-scale social study. More than half (55%) of young mothers are going to stay with their children at home until 2.5-3 years old.

Researchers surveyed 400 womenwho live in large cities, and who are under 40 years old.

All respondents are either waiting for a child, or have recently become mothers.

However, sociologists were somewhat surprised by the answer to the question can women still get out of the decree on the condition that they will be paid morethan before. Almost 60% of young and future mothers answered this question positively.

About a third of women do not agree to leave the child with relatives or nanny for any income and quit working.

The study showed that another motivation for the young mother, who is pushing her to work, is to offer a new, more interesting activity.

Threatened only 16-17% of young mothers are ready to go to work. They are not too afraid of cuts - the young mother will not be frightened by this.

But there were 15% of those who said that they just wanted to work, because at home they are bored.

There were only about 8% of women who, for no money, career prospects and new impressions, are not ready to leave a child under 3 years old without their presence.
