Russian mothers are planning to issue certificates for paid gardens
The Ministry of Labor has once again raised the question of how to stimulate young mothers to quickly go to work from maternity leave.
This time the officials suggested issue certificates to women that could pay for a paid private gardenif the baby has no place in the kindergarten of the municipality.
It is assumed that this measure will initially be introduced only for families that are recognized as needy. But gradually other categories of moms will get access to the project.
The state project, which will provide for whom, in what amount to provide financial assistance to the kindergarten, is now being prepared and will soon be submitted for initial discussion. The final date of readiness of the relevant document is dated November 2019.
Certificates for kindergarten payment, according to officials of the Ministry of Labor, will help create the most favorable conditions for women who want to not only make a career, but also have time to give birth to the number of babies they consider necessary for happiness. That is, a woman will be able to realize herself comprehensively.
There are still queues in the nursery for children up to three years old, and therefore not everyone who wants to return to the work force of women can get to work earlier.
The establishment of certificates is provided for by the national project "Demography". It is already known that the financing of the project at the first stage will be allocated about 3 trillion rubles for the first six years of the program.
Similar programs to support working mothers have long been operating in France and in several Scandinavian countries. The experience has been quite successful.
