Russian women will be allowed to take children to work

The Ministry of Labor of Russia issued an official statement to employers. They are invited organize special children's playrooms in the offices of their companies and hire an educator there.

The Ministry of Labor invited employers to work through this issue by July 1, 2019 and submit their proposals.

The Ministry of Labor does not exclude the possibility of subsidizing, but the share of cost recovery from the state treasury has not yet been determined.

Naturally, to accept the request of the Ministry of Labor should not be literally, in particular, it is not recommended to organize children's rooms directly in enterprises in high hazard and difficult working conditions.

It is clear that in mines or sewers, where people work, you can’t organize children's rooms. Such enterprises and organizations are invited to consider the option of placing a play area for employees' children in the office of managers.
