Special cartoons for blind children will appear on Russian TV

In November of this year, Russian television will appear cartoons that will be intended for blind and visually impaired children.

This does not mean that only children with visual disabilities will be able to watch them, cartoons will be interesting and healthy for children. From the usual cartoons, the new pictures will be distinguished by the presence of a voiceover announcer who will comment on all the actions of the characters on the screen, that is, translate into words that which a blind child cannot see.

The voice acting will be done by professional typhome commentators.

These experts have already begun work and admit that it is more difficult to voice a children's cartoon for a blind child than the most difficult feature film.

They declare that the main difficulty is that Typhomer needs to describe a character’s child in seconds, and not every one of them can be found in nature, it can be quite difficult to find the right descriptions. For example, how would you describe Shtusha Kutushu?

In addition, there are only a few seconds to give the child an atmosphere - pink clouds, a flying ship, dawn over the royal tower, etc.

By the end of the year will be announced 52 children's cartoon. They will definitely appear on all children's TV channels in Russia. The first pictures with standard comments will be available in November 2018.
