The majority spoke for two children - about 48%.

Become parents three children approximately every fifth family wishes - 21%, and only 9% of Russians surveyed are ready to decide on fourth children.

At five agreed to be 2%, and for a greater number of children in the family - only 0.5% of respondents.

To the question at what age is it better to have children, the Russians answered almost unanimously: for the birth of the first child in a woman the age of 21-24 years was called the optimal one. So answered half of the respondents.

But a man early to acquire offspring is not worth it, it is better if a man becomes a dad at the age of 25-32 years. So answered 55% of respondents.

The reasons for which the birth of the desired number of children is postponed or not implemented at all, remaining a dream, according to the respondents, is instability in the financial arena, the high cost of children's goods and educational services, as well as problems lack of living space.
