Existing laws provide for punishment for negligence, but in practice it can be incredibly difficult to prove this negligence in court, just like finding the person responsible for what happened.

Nowadays, the actions of nurses who, through carelessness, have confused babies, should be the responsibility of the head physician of the obstetric institution.
Often, everything is limited to moral damages and disciplinary responsibility. The nurses themselves are on trial for their misconduct. not in response. It is this “gap” that is planned to be eliminated.
The bill will be ready in the very near future, if it is accepted, the corresponding amendments will be made to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
