Sir Paul McCartney became a children's writer

The legend of rock British musician Sir Paul McCartney said that he tried himself as a children's writer and wrote a book for children.

It tells about the adventures of grandfather and his four grandchildren. It is expected that a cheerful and instructive story about a large family will go on sale exactly one year later - in September 2019.

It is known that several large world publishers became interested in the book.

But Sir Paul preferred collaboration with Penguin Books. The book will come out with bright interesting pictures - illustrations for it came up and have already been implemented by Canadian artist Catherine Durst.

The musician himself told reporters that the book was written easily and naturally, because he has eight grandchildren himself. Paul McCartney stressed that the book is intended not only for children, but will be informative and for all the grandfathers of the world, regardless of what language they speak and how many grandchildren bring up.

This book, according to Sir Paul, will be an excellent reading option before bedtime.

The idea to create a book was born to McCartney for a reason, one of his grandchildren began to call the grandfather of the stars Grandpa - "grandpa." Gradually, the image of the grandfather was created, which can do everything, knows everything, is capable of understanding everything, and even possesses certain magical abilities.

Already today, the publishing house has opened up the possibility of pre-ordering McCartney’s children's book.

It should be noted that Sir Paul had already tried himself in the role of a writer - in 2005 he published the book High in the Clouds, which he created in collaboration with children's writers Philip Arda.

Recall that McCartney was born in 1942 in Liverpool. For ten years, until 1970, he was one of the "Liverpool Four" - Beatles.

For the past four decades, McCartney has been involved in solo music activities.

In 1997, he received the knighthood granted to him for his contribution to the development of music.

Paul raised a foster daughter, three siblings and a son.

His eldest native daughter Mary Anna presented him with four grandchildren. The middle daughter Stella Nina presented three grandchildren and one granddaughter. The son of James Louis, who turned 41 this year, has no children yet, just like his adopted daughter. The youngest daughter of the musician is only 15 years old. The basis of the children's book lay great parenting experience and grandfathers experience.
