Initiative - Complicated operations for children should be paid by officials
A proposal appeared on the portal of the Russian Public Initiative that is hard to refuse.

The idea of reducing the salaries of officials and deducting the difference in pay as a fund to help children in need of expensive operations has already gained more than 2.5 thousand votes. 51 people voted against.
As soon as the initiative gets 100 thousand votes, it will be submitted for legislative consideration. Voting will end on June 15, 2019.

The author of the initiative did not write out all the pros and cons of the proposed reform, he was extremely brief, pointing out that today the whole country is going to spend money on treatment for children by SMS, and parents have to take multimillion-dollar loans and go into debt.
Reducing the salaries of federal officials, even by 15%, would help to immediately raise huge amounts of money, and thousands of Russian children would be able to get expensive treatment for free.
