Childish prank cost in the state: in the US, parents are asked to reimburse the cost of Aphrodite’s broken child

American parents will raise a lump sum little prank of their five year old son.

In one of the public centers in Kansas City held an exhibition. To join the beautiful, and at the same time to attach to the art of the child, came the most ordinary American family.

The five-year-old boy was so impressed with the statue of Aphrodite that he decided to embrace her.

The kid didn’t do this with his parents, but when the adults went on to inspect the exhibits in the other wing, the child returned and embraced Aphrodite.

The statue could not resist and fell from the pedestal. The child was not injured. But Aphrodite, alas, broke.

Now the insurance company sent a bill to the family - agents rated the broken work of art at 132 thousand dollars.

Baby's mother refused to pay, citing the absence of such income. The woman believes that valuable exhibits need to be fixed and protected from visitors more reliably, and therefore she does not recognize her child’s guilt.

Representatives of the insurance company have promised to sue, but in this case they will have to prove that the defeated Aphrodite was indeed a work of art.
