Catch in a minute: a student rushed to save a child on the metro path

An amazing incident occurred in the Milan metro. The young man risked his own life to save a foreign and unfamiliar child.

An 18-year-old student at the local university, Lorenzo Pianazza, used to get to his school by metro in the morning, as usual. When before the arrival of the next train only one minute left, a two-year-old child suddenly ran out onto the platform, stumbled on the edge and fell on the way.

His mother and passengers began to panic, shout, but they did not move, because the countdown timer showed that the train was about to arrive on the platform.

And only Lorenzo, without hesitation, took off his backpack and rushed on the rails after the boy. The student picked up the child and lifted him back to the platform, where he managed to climb then himself. In just a few seconds the train arrived.

The young Italian later admitted that he did not see in his act anything out of the ordinary, much less heroic. According to him, there was not much time left before the train arrived, but it was enough for the child to be helped.

Saved name is Mohammed. Subsequently, doctors examined the child for injuries and injuries and stated that the boy was not injured. The next day, the courageous student was called by the mayor of Milan, Giuseppe Sala, in person, and invited the young man to a reception.
