"Teacher of the Year" was fired for refusing to knock out debts from parents

In the Chelyabinsk region a scandal erupted - an honored teacher with 20 years of experience and the winner of the “Teacher of the Year” award was dismissed from the post of headmaster for woman refused to beat debts from parents and teachers.

But Natalya Matveeva, director of one of the small rural schools in the Chelyabinsk region, refused to be a collector, for which she received an order for dismissal. About it reports "Life".

Now the woman is going to go to court. Two years ago local officials tried to get rid of the recalcitrant teacher, but then parents and children defended the teacher with a wall, and they left Matveyev alone.

According to Natalia herself, she can not afford to demand from parents and their colleagues debts for utility paymentsbecause it is not only not her duty, but also morally disgusting.

The Department of Education of the Chelyabinsk Region stated that the story of debts is not true, and Matveyev was fired for some "complaints received against the director." The essence of the complaints, officials, however, can not explain.
