The second stage of admission of children to the first classes starts in Russia
Parents who are preparing to send their children to the first grade in September of this year should check the availability of all documents and medical certificates, since July 1, the country will start the "second wave" of receiving documents from parents of future first-graders.
Now in Russia children are admitted to the first classes in two stages.
The first begins on February 1. The right to be enrolled in a particular school or gymnasium in the framework of the "first wave" is given to children who, by registration, belong to the chosen school.
July 1 begins receiving documents from those who just wants to send the child to school not according to registrationbut for other reasons.
If there are places left Children residing in areas not assigned to this school will be enrolled in the first grade when they provide a certain set of documents.
Availability in this case is not guaranteed. It all depends on how many applications were filed in the "first wave".
Submit documents in the second stage parents can from July 1 to September 5.
They will need to write an application addressed to the director of the school or gymnasium, as well as provide the original and a copy of the birth certificate of the child, the original and a copy of the parents' passports, a certificate from the child’s residence and a certificate of family composition if the family is large.
