The woman explained her behavior by the fact that she herself already well knows how to give birth, because these genera have become for her fourth. She refused from follow-ups, as there was no time to go to the doctors.
A woman was offered a genetic analysis worth 30 thousand rubles, but there was no such money for a large non-working mother.
For help, a desperate woman turned to the ombudsman for children of the Astrakhan region.
The ombudsman stressed that There is no law in Russia that requires you to be registered and give birth exclusively in the maternity hospital, but it was necessary to attest to the fact of birth.
According to the mother, the Investigation Committee carried out an examination of the decision of the doctors to refuse to extradite the child. That followed were able to organize a genetic analysis, which confirmed the relationship.
All this took a lot of time, because the case was brought to the court by investigators. All these long months the woman and her child were separated.
On the eve of the court of Astrakhan ruled in favor of the mother, she was able to take the baby and now the whole family is at home.
