Housing for orphans will now be issued under the new rules
In the State Duma, Russia considered and the first reading passed a bill proposed by the government of the country; it concerns the improvement of the issuance system housing for orphans.
Today, the existing system forces pupils of orphanages and foster families sue the state for the right to get an apartment according to the law. The number of such claims in the Russian courts exceeds all reasonable standards. The new law is expected will cut number of such hits.
Today, the list of children who need to provide real estate, are officials of city halls, regional and regional administrations.

Not all children left without parental care promptly apply to the administration for housing.
New law will allow guardians or legal representatives orphans themselves to submit such an application with a request to include the child in the list for the provision of apartments. The most forgetful guardians will be monitored by specialists of the guardianship and trusteeship bodies - they will remind you in time that the application must be submitted. In extreme cases, the guardianship authorities will be able to file such an application themselves.
Today in the all-Russian list more than 258 thousand children, almost half of them came of age. The second half is children who are 14 years old and who in four years will need their own housing.
From the state budget it is planned to allocate more than 200 billion rubles for these purposes, funding should be increased.
The new law also provides for the likelihood evict parents deprived of parental rights, to the hostel, and the apartment, if they had one, is handed over to the child.
Today, under the existing norms of such parents, bailiffs can be evicted from an apartment without providing other living space, and this contradicts constitutional norms.
As long as the child grows up in an orphanage, for his future apartment executive representatives must follow, take care of her safety.
