Anna Sidorova

My name is Anna, I am a practicing psychologist and a teacher of psychology.

Higher education received in the Volga State Samara Academy. I work in a rehabilitation center in Samara. The center is regional, and specialists from regions come here for advanced training, where teaching activities are carried out by me and my colleagues.

I have three children, one of them is an older girl and the younger boys are twins.

Becoming a mother for the first time, I was very worried because I wanted to organize everything correctly for the development and health of my daughter. Delving into the literature and the Internet, I tried to structure and adapt to my family various methods, of which there are a great many. Having given birth to twins, I already knew a lot, but even here surprises awaited me.
