Severe ORVI in a child at 10 months

Hello! We have this situation. My child is 10 months old, now a high temperature of 39.1, red throat and coughing up, stuffy nose (snot of green tint). Were at the doctor's office - they said that the virus, on the legs as if the marble mesh and cold, advised to do an enema (1/4 analgin, 1/4 paracetamol, 1/4 drotaverin). At the moment, the gums are swollen, we are trying to bring down the temperature (nurofen, candles cefikon), but drops only to 37.7. At night, she stopped sleeping, seemed to fall asleep in her arms, but then she wakes up either from pain and sometimes from cough. Coughing give Ascoril. Please advise us how to proceed?
