From February 1 in Russia will increase some child benefits

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree that approves new size of a number of social benefits in 2019. The corresponding document appeared today on the website of the Cabinet.

From February 1, 2019, several benefits will be indexed, established by two laws of Russia, nine federal laws. Indexation rate will be 1,043..

So, changes occur in the accrual of the following child benefits:

• lump sum on the occasion of the birth of a child - 17 thousand 479 rubles 08 kopecks (in 2018 there were 16 thousand 759 rubles 08 kopecks);
• minimum allowance for a firstborn up to one and a half years - 4 thousand 512 rubles (in 2018 there were 4 thousand 465 rubles 20 kopecks);
• the minimum allowance for the second and next child up to one and a half years - 6 thousand 554 rubles 89 kopecks (in 2018 there were 6 thousand 284 rubles 65 kopecks);
• allowance for an adopted, warding child transferred to the family - 17 thousand 479 rubles 72 kopecks (in 2018 there were 16 thousand 759 rubles 08 kopecks);
• payment for a disabled child transferred to a family for upbringing on guardianship, adoption - 133 thousand 559 rubles 35 kopecks (in 2018 there were 128 thousand 53 rubles 07 kopecks);
• at least on maternity leave - 51 thousand 919 rubles (in 2018 there were 51 thousand 380 rubles 38 kopecks);
• maximum on maternity leave - 301 thousand 095 rubles 20 kopecks (in 2018 there were 282 thousand 493 rubles 40 kopecks);
• one-time payment for early registration for pregnancy (up to 12 weeks) - 655 rubles 48 kopecks (in 2018 it was 628 rubles 46 kopecks);
• payment to the conscript's pregnant wife - 27 thousand 680 rubles 97 kopecks (in 2018 there were 26 thousand 539 rubles 76 kopecks);
• payment for the child of a conscript - 11 thousand 863 rubles 26 kopecks (in 2018 there were 11 thousand 374 rubles 17 kopecks).
