Children will be protected from dangerous online communities.

In the State Duma of the Russian Federation introduced a bill that should stand on protecting children from dangerous online communities.

They are sometimes called Columbine communities. The law proposed to consider the Vice-Speaker of Parliament Irina Yarovaya.

The accompanying note states that the new law should help as quickly as possible to identify cybercriminals who involve children and adolescents in crimes, illegal scams and life-threatening actions.

If the document is adopted, the police will receive all legislative mechanisms for quick detection and neutralization of Columbine community organizers.

The law will also oblige Roskomnadzor to promptly, in real-time, transmit any information to the police at their request for the detection of criminals, investigation and search.

The new document implies that the police will have to respond within 1 day.

The new document, according to Spring, will help "kill two birds with one stone" - to prevent children from becoming victims of online crimes and not to allow them to become criminals themselves.

On July 30 last year, the President of Russia signed a law on toughening punishment for inclining to suicide.

Recently, the Duma received two more bills, which are designed to increase child and adolescent safety.

The first document states that confirm passport details for registration in social networks and mandatory written consent for registration from parents for minor Russians. Second document prohibits the entrance to the social network for children under 14 years and implies fines for those who still register such a user, up to a million rubles.
