Children of Russian physicians offered to draw in kindergartens without a queue

The Government of Russia is discussing the issue of providing additional benefits for doctors, nurses and orderlies. In particular, medical workers will be granted the right to register a child in kindergarten without a queue. Now the proposal is being discussed by members of the trilateral Russian commission on social and labor relations.

The offer was not born from scratch. Earlier, members of the Russian Popular Front (ONF) and specialists of the National Medical Chamber, under the leadership of Leonid Roshal, found out how satisfied modern medical workers are with the prestige of their chosen profession, how comfortable they work.

Most of the medics were unsatisfactory about social guarantees and complained that they did not have enough conditions for professional growth.

A long period of waiting in the kindergarten plays an important role in this, while the mother-doctor can sometimes not go to work, loses her skills, does not pass refresher courses.

Members of the Government agreed with Roshal and decided to consider the issue of granting health workers an extraordinary right to apply for kindergarten. In addition, they discussed and agreed that there is a need for providing doctors with free housing, and for them to receive additional medical education at public expense. This was reported by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian government Tatyana Golikova.

Today, Russian legislation provides for extraordinary registration of children of federal judges, prosecutors, military personnel and police officers in kindergartens and nurseries. Recently offered to make the number of beneficiaries of large families, single parents.

This seemingly simple measure will help. significantly increase the prestige of the profession of doctor and nursethat, in the end, according to the members of the Government, will help to resolve the burning issue of staff shortages in clinics and hospitals. Today in Russia 22.5 thousand doctors of various specialties are missing.
