The state will punish opponents of vaccination

Anyone who disseminates false information about the dangers of vaccination in general and childhood vaccinations in particular, is subject to severe punishment.

The Government of Russia decided to legislate the obligation of the Ministry of Health to report on vaccinations provided for by the National Calendar. BUT all dissidents who disseminate information about the dangers of vaccinations will be administratively responsible for their words. This will also apply to medics who distribute incorrect information about vaccines, and parents who on social networks urge other moms and dads to refuse to vaccinate a child under various pretexts, including religious considerations.

People's elects believe that such a measure will help stop the flow of inaccurate information about vaccination, as well as help to avoid epidemics, pandemics, the official publication "Parliamentary Newspaper" reports.

This year, for the first time in history, the World Health Organization included in the list of total threats to mankind the rejection of vaccination. Due to widespread negative information about vaccinations in the media and the Internet, there are more dissidents, and now diseases that were considered to be defeated and gone in many countries. The number of cases of measles has increased 6 times, for example, smallpox reappeared.

Administrative responsibility (the size of the fine is now being discussed) is planned for those who spreads false negative information in the media, social networks, blogs, and for medical professionals who give unwarranted withdrawals from vaccinations to children. The Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Digital Development, the Ministry of Internal Affairs will be involved in the work.
