In Voronezh, the world court considered an unusual case, which shocked many locals with its cynicism. 24-year-old resident of the city and her beloved man closed the two-year-old son of a woman in a cold car all night, while they themselves went "culturally" to rest.

Toddlers were found by passersby who heard in the early morning in late November 2017 tearful crying from the cabin of a parked car. The policemen summoned by them dealt with two incidents at once - there was a drunken brawl in the cafe, and an abandoned kid cried in the car at the cafe. It quickly became clear that the rowdy and the owner of the car were one and the same person. The police demanded that the drunken kid-in-law’s mother-in-law should open the car to free a frozen child from it, but the man refused to make it without explanation.
