Reward for children: parents of honors pupils and medalists are awarded with a cash bonus of 10 thousand rubles
Parents who raised excellent students and medalists after graduating from school or the school year, in the Altai Territory have allocated substantial prizes from the regional budget.
Under the distribution of awards for the excellent upbringing of children were only large families. Total local authorities have spent on the promotion of moms and dads 2.5 million rubles.
This year, 929 families received payments, in which children graduated from a year or a school on the "five".
The size of payments is different, they directly depend on the age of the child. So, the parents of excellent students from elementary school receive only 1 thousand rubles, mothers and fathers of middle school students (from 5 to 9 grade) - 3 thousand rubles each.
The biggest awards were received by parents of graduates who completed the school as “excellent” and were awarded medals - they were given 10 thousand rubles for decent education of new members of society.
Such an interesting award has existed in the Altai Territory for over seven years. Other regions are watching this practice with great interest, but far from everyone has yet decided to take up the initiative.
Nevertheless, in the Altai Territory from year to year there is increase in the number of excellent students, high-scorers according to the results of the unified state examination and medalists. There is an incentive.
